Good RL friend of mine, can heal with the best of em. Has proven to be extremely competent in the 25 fnf and any 10 mans ive been in with him. In other words he knows his shit.

From what I saw yesterday, gear looked good, talents are good. Good situation awareness.
Will be worth bringing in on Dreamwalker to see how he heals (I use that as our benchmark for all our holy palies).
